Student’s Hostel della Ghiara is located in the very heart of the city, next to the Basilica della Ghiara, from which the Hostel takes its name.
By bus: bus n. 4 from Central Station to Piazza Gioberti. From here, take Via Guasco, where the hostel is.

By train: any regional train coming either from the north or south. Ticket price can slightly vary depending upon the distance travelled
By car: Take the motorway exit Reggio Emilia Centro. Drive towards Viale Timavo, then keep driving to Via dei Servi.

Bologna International Airport (65 km from Reggio Emilia)
Take the aircoach running to the railway station (ticket price € 5,50). Once you arrive at Bologna central station, take any regional train running to Parma, Piacenza or Milan. Travelling time: 35 minutes. Ticket price €5,10.
Parma International Airport (30 km from Reggio Emilia)
Take bus n. 6 running to the railway station. (Travel distance 4 km). It operates from 6.30 to 20:00.
Single ticket costs € 1 (€ 1,50 if bought on board). From Parma central station take any regional train to Bologna. Travelling time: 15 minutes. Ticket price € 2,50
